Orders will only be accepted after succesfull payment and after the payment has been confirmed by bank statment. We will not handle any order or ship any good before a succesfull payment.

Defective goods will be replaced on 1 year warranty agreement. Lost standard mail shipments and goods will not be refund, if you don't want your items to get lost please use the express courier shipping method, it's safer and faster even if more expensive.

Prices shown include our domestic taxes. If you own a shop/company with a valid Tax/Vat number you can purchase the good tax exempt (20% less). To do that register yourself to the website, enter the tax/vat number, company name and all other datas and write us an email to info@dieselglowplug.com asking for tax exemption. We will immediatly check the entered info and if all set you'll be able to see and purchase our glow plugs tax exempt from now on. But be carefull, we will only be able to ship using ups courier and you will probably be charged for your local taxes and custom duties, they are strictly related to your country.
